Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Requirements
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include the original packaging
- Include all accessories where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Procedure

- Reason for the return
If your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Policy
After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Additional processing time may be required by your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is the result of our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products, subject to inventory availability.
